getting worried about Spectrum myself, are they still operational? been with them for 5 years (wish I hadn't) but haven't heard anything from them since Jan 2011. Payments to them still going out of my bank, nothing from creditors, nothing from spectrum. Fed up of 30mins on hold when trying to phone them.
