funny aint it? i got the same letter dated 20th march too! they must post them out all together lol. lets not let them get away with it!

i am now in the same kind of predicament with my bank. after waiting nearly 3 months I.R have decided to tell us that our w.t.c and c.t.c claim never reached them and my family have been living on £80 a week and £100 a month child benefit. my account is now owing £100 overdraft and £500 in charges this is since 25th november last year i have contacted the bank with a letter and got a reply saying they would look into it, i then contacted them by phone and they decided to close my account and i pay off £100 a month starting next month, which will of course hopefully come from the tax credits if they decide to backdate them! will be reading up now to word the next letter asking them for my money back!

packjoker i am in the same boat as you with A+L, i got the same reply as you on the 7th day of the 14 day limit (i think) will follow your progress to see how you get on... good luck mate!!! hope we can both be successful.
