I would like to tell my story of how TERRIBLE Hastings Direct Car Insurance is!! They have taken an amount of £220.70 from my account for a years car insurance which I DID NOT authorise. They said they sent documentation which I NEVER RECEIVED and as I did not respond they automatically take the money which has gone up nearly £100 from last year! After being on the phone and dealing with an idiot they said they DO NOT have to pay me back and won't and if I cancel they will charge me! I went NUTS. I have called my bank to dispute this payment and claim it through my bank and hopefully they can claim back from their bank but they ARE XXXXXXX DO NOT USE THEM EVER!!!
