Hello wonder if any one can help my husband has a capital one card he had it around 5 years ago he spend £200 on it then we got our selfs in a bit of a mess and missed a few payments and loads of default charges was added to it we then sort our selfs out and started paying it and I've been reading on here about people claiming back unfair charges and ppi and was hoping some one would point me in the right direction. it says sickness should the Insured contanct an illness which prevents them from carrying out their normal occupation (Dairyman) this provides them with £300 a week (or normal weekly wage if less) payable for a maximum of 26 weeks Thats all it says there is nothing about if you need a op or anything xxx

Thanks we have no savings and only my husband works so will have no income at all while he is off I've been trying to find out what we can claim and how much all day on the dwp website but can not find anything for self employed people. He does pay each week into a employment policy and we thought he would be covered by that but after phoning them today to ask about how to claim they have said as its not a illness and the injury is due to wear and tear he is not covered.

Hello wonder if anyone can help my husband is a self employed milkman and has been told that he has to have a op on his knee very soon he will be off work for between 3-6 months does anyone know what if any benefits we will be able to claim. Well I was naughty and called them they are saying this is a old debt that is was paid off well over 5 years ago that they have not taken off my credit file they have said it will be taken off within the next 48 hours I'm now going to do a credit report to see what else is still showing thats already been paid Really not happy x

Hello wonder if someone could offer me some advice I had a call from Littlewoods tonight saying that they have temporally closed my account due to me having another littlewoods account and owing money on it I have never had a littlewoods account before and I know I don't owe money to anyone they have gave me the number to the company that holds the debt and have said that until I pay the outstanding money I will not be able to use the account I asked for information about the debt but they had none I know don't know what to do they did not say who the company is but the number is 08006526683 Can any one help xxx
