  2. Totally contradicts a previous email From: Faye Woods Date: Tue, 23 Aug 2011 14:22:03 To: Subject: RE: CCJ transferred to local county court Hi Neil, Your Balance is £139. You took the loan out with us on 12th January, you made £25 payment on 27th January, 25th February for £10, 10th March for £15, and we didn't receive payment on 31st March so you were defaulted on 4th April which is £100 and also there is now a court charge for £25. Regards
  3. Had this email back from the director of the company apparentley Mr J******** I have been asked to contact you to clarify the situation relating to your loan. You took this out on 12th January 2011 and were paid out the same day. You then sent an e-mail to us on January 21st, (9 days later) offering to make 6 payments of £20 commencing on 25th February. (your balance was £124 and you were asking to only repay £120 over 6 months with no other interest or fees. This offer was rejected however you then agreed, in an e-mail with myself that you would repay as per your e-mail below (in red) of 25th January- -----Original Message----- From:"]******************** Sent: 25 January 2011 10:46 To: MT Subject: Re: Please Contact Me 27th jan £25 27th feb £25 27th march £25 27th april £25 27th may £25 27th june £25 27th july £34 Can we agree that payment plan then its £184 which is the balance and its over a shorter period Can you confirm asap please Sent from my BlackBerry® wireless device You made the first repayment of £25 on the 27th January. you then only paid £10 in February as you stated another company had taken £900 out of your account. The remaining £15 was paid around March 10th. No payment was made on March 25th and you failed to acknowledge e-mails sent regarding this. As such you were sent a default notice on April 4th and you then contacted us by telephone on the 5th and agreed to settle the loan for £134, which was to be paid at £50 on April 27th and the remaining £84 on May 27th. The £50 payment was made on time in April, however the final payment was not made in May. As such, we commenced Legal Action on June 20th and as there was no response from you, Judgment was obtained on July 15th. On 15th August we requested that this matter be transferred to your local Court and we were advised this was done on August 22nd, which i assume is the reason for your contact on the 23rd. The plain fact is that you still have an unpaid balance, and clearly failed in your repayment arrangement. To date you have only repaid £100 against the original £124. That is not accounting for default charges or Court costs. Berni has also agreed to accept £24 to settle this account so i don’t see how she can be any fairer? This whole situation has only arisen due to YOU not adhering to YOUR payment arrangement. If the £24 is repaid we will settle the loan and advise the Court accordingly. Failing that we will continue action based on the outstanding default balance and Court fees. The matter is in your hands. I have noted your comments relating to the OFT and Trading Standards, however i am totally confident that everything has been done in the correct manner so i welcome hearing from them and being able to demonstrate our actions have all been in order. regards M************** Tower Credit Ltd/ Prime Payday UK

  6. Took a loan with these last year for £100 repaying £124 with intrest. I set up a payment plan before the lon was due and made a few payments, i missed a payment contacted these and £74 was outstanding so we agreed a full and final of £50 on 28th April. Thought that was end of it, they have had £100 back the orignal loan amount. the £24 intrest was wiped. Today i have been informed these have had a ccj against me back in june for £149 £100 default charge £25 Court Fees £24 intrest outstanding ive wiped the floor with these and they are prepeared to accept £24 and that will satisfy the ccj, how do i get them to remove the ccj i dont want it on my credit file as its unlawfull (£100 default charge, is that allowed under oft guidelines) , i moved address and they had judgemet by default. they say that once i pay £24 they will eail court and i can apply for certificate of satisfaction. I know i had 14 days to have it set aside but its been 2 months and today these idiots emailed me to say they were applying for attatchment of earnings under the court order. Help me surely this cant be legal, i need to sort this asap!

This company needs to be seen for what they really are!!! EXPOSURE
  9. Fair play to you lefty you say it as it is, they are very sly and devious in what they do and they will do anything to get phone contact!! Glad you can see straight through them, they'd prob get away with murder, they get away with everything else and they have done for so long they think there untouchable well there in for a big shock
  10. buy as you view do not give you the option they refinance you unless you specifically ask for parallel contracts To the buy as you view rep its mr xxxxx ( im not revealing myself as just by that name the directors will know who i am and the customer service team!! Did you or did you not refinance my accounts without my consent?? its all well and good saying one thing but in reality you do the opposite.
  11. buy as you view have been online today, commented on most threads that needed attention! Thanks buy as you view shows great customer service yet again
  12. Linda has a care of address for us, its a friend who's another bayv customer so she's going to use that for correspondence. How can these people get away with threatening people and intimidating people also its alarming that linda is not prepared for me to record any meeting I have with bayv to make a statement, what have they got to hide! They want to gain access so they can forcefully recover goods in my opinion the joke is I could pay them now via debit card as I'm not withholding payment, linda hasn't asked for it
  13. These are the people who sent a fire hazard to my house! A tumble dryer that had not been eletrical tested and when I put it on it started smoking!!!!!! Also with regards to move, it was a re possession and so we can prove that it was not a move to avoid bayv it was a forced move that we done earlier than planned due to threats and violence from agent! I am not letting them win this one! Where do I go now to take complaint further???
  14. Linda also tried to defend her agent saying there professional and would never threaten with the police, to which I replied well my agent did and I know that your dealing with another complaint where a customer was arrested to recover goods, her reply was a sharp not every company gets things right all the time, name me a company that never makes mistakes and I just laughed
