Hi, only just found this forum so if I'm in the wrong place or anything please direct me to where I should be.
Just wondering if anyone can help me. I bought a laptop from PC World on 26th December and last night I got a message come up saying the my drive is failing and it should be turned off immediately, it directed me through some checks which I followed and the only thing that appears not to be failling is the battery and memory.
Does anyone know where I stand with this? I didn't take out additional insurance so I'm assuming because it is less than 1 year I would be entitled to PC World sorting it out. Would it be down to them to repair or should it be replaced because it is so new?
Thanks in advance,
Zoe.
