atos are rubbish anyway in my opinon my wife has sever depression and anxiety she went for medical last august she was placed in wrag but she should have been placed in support group we went for her tribunal and won yesterday,they wanted her to have a medical today when i phoned to tell them its a bit bad timeing they said she has to have a medical they then sunday finaly managed to get it to monday but with what she has had to go through this week i'm not sure she'll manage it good luck with your medical

thanks i'm just wondering what happens with that side of things i dont know if we were on reduce payment till the appeal or weather we were on the wrag payment its all so confusing i know some people are on the basic

hi thought i would write and tell you all about my wifes tribunal,we went yesterday they asked her a few questions about weather she was any better than last year she said she didn't think she was,they asked me i said no she was worse due to the fact that she is struggling comming to terms with the sad loss of her dad,asked her about her daily routine what she does ect then told us to wait outside we waited five mins went in and told us that we had won she had been placed in the support group .What happens now as i am unsure they didn't tell us also what does this mean the descriptor satisfied in schedual 3 esa regulation is 10(b) thanks for your help

i phoned up the other day to cancel my wife's medical as it would have been the day after her tribunal,which is next friday her appointment was for saturday and they offered me sunday but looks like i'm going to have to cancell that one too now as her doctor as said she needs transport to there but i cain't get the letter till early next week good luck

thanks i will look at these i have done a covering letter saying why she disagrees with their decision, i have also done a letter saying what her daily life is and her mum as done a letter she is due to see her doc next week so will be asking him too

finaly got my wifes tribunal date through today 7th october,so now not only is she worrying about that but also about her medical,any helpfull tips for the tribunal would be very greatfull as i am doing this by myself as my wife cain't many many thanks

thanks leemack at least we know that she should be having one and they aren't "picking" on her, we are just doing all the appeal stuff aswell i didn't relise that we had to stupid of me i know but we have been told that its going to be october at the earliest so we have a while,I've been through her report and i think she as at least three descriptors that would place her in the support group, she scored 21pts.In some descriptors theres at least two or three explanations,does it matter which one she fits? as some its top others its middle sorry for this but looking at your other posts you really know about all this thanks s

hi thanks for your reply,my wife's illness is servere depression,she as an appointment on monday with her phsychiatrist (if thats how you spell it) iill get her to have a word with her about writing a letter regarding her health,plus it has got a lot lot lot worse than last year she recently lost two auntys and her dear dad within a space of a month( two within 3 days her aunt and her dad she is struggling to come to terms with it all. me and my wife have sat down and we have just finished doing the medical form.The last medical was useless he was a nurse not qualified with mental health at all by what he put down plus loads of lies or not putting things down what she told him,this seems to be common practise for them her mum and myself will be also writing a letter for her as she struggles with everything i have to everything in the home its awful to see her like she is as it isn't the bright bubbly funloving person i met.She as a great gp who helps her,shows her support but he gets very crossed when anyone as to ask for him to do medical reports he says it should be dwp or atos not the patient but he's right because its us who pays it and not them. i wish you all the luck in the world regarding the c ,

hi everyone i wondered if anyone could help me with a question as i haven't really got anywhere with atos or dwp,i've been on esa for almost three years i was in the support group but aftyer last years medical i was placed in wrag,even though i'd gotten worse.I appealed the decision i'd asked for my report didn't get it so didn't know what i was appealing against,anyway its got to go to tribunal which is going to be at least october before i can go.Today i received the dreadded medical forms is this common practice to have medicals while waiting for tribunal or not i'm not sure i'd be gratefull for any advice as i am so stressed with this all saga and i know there are loads more like it thanks

They agreed to get 7 more plants but i couldn't find them anywhere so rather than take mickey and buy any flowers i wanted to check with them what i should do. Yes to some people it is trivial but the state i am in now a mole hill is a mountain

hi all i wondered if anyone can help me as i dont no what to do next, a few weeks ago two delivery drivers delivered a sofa to a neighbour who lived above me, instead of taking the wrapping and cardboard downstairs they chucked it over the balcony ( i live in a lower masionette) along with one part of old sofa the cardbaord landed on my front garden and broke several heads off a plant that i had grown from last year(my dad bought these last summer but as since passed away recently) i was extremly upset and had a go at the drivers, it was made worse by their manner oh its only a plant yes it is but my dad bought them plus i suffer from severe depression, i phoned brighthouse up and it was agreed with the manager that i could fetch some plants my husband as took me to 7 different garden centres and not one was in stock i left it two weeks and hoped that there would be some in stock , but no last thursday i telephoned them to ask what i should do as i didn't want to take the micky so to speak its now monday and still haven't had a phone call, i've phoned three times today first was i'll pass it on, phoned at three i'll get him to phone you in an hour quater past 4 he's in a meeting i'll make sure he phones you before we close half five tried phoning they're shut i've sent them an email told them they have till ten in morning to sort it out is there anything else i can do i'm at end of my teather and can feel myself boiling . Sorry for going on but i am so mad. thank you for your help

hi all i just wondered if anyone could help as i am totaly confused with esa points:???: on my last medical i scored i scored 21pts and placed in the wrg even though my condition was worse i had an email from another group that states someone winning a tribunal getting a total of 21pts and being placed in the support group i am currently waiting for my tribunal,from looking around it seems atos is good at one thing getting it wrong thanks xx

i didn't know how many tribunals there is it seems that this atos is an utter shambles which also costs more money in the long run,i have been suffering from server depression for a long long timei had a medical last january was put in the support group,had another in august last year condition had got worse meds upped ect in october i applied for dla awarded lower rate from my answers and esa medical 4 days later placed in work related group i am now waiting for my appeal not sure when it is but my health is suffering more and more worrying about all this.To me it seems that something needs to be done to atos,there will always be appeals but seem atos is making big mistakes by either not putting correct info on or false good luck to everyone who as tribunals x
