I was told by Lloyds Tsb, my claim would be invalid. And they wouldn’t even look at my case again. I never responded, accepted the offer they made to me at the time. Thank you, for that information... Is a template letter available?

Hi everyone, I was wondering if anyone could give me advice on a Ppi complaint, which I made in September 2009 for Mis -selling Lloyds Tsb offered me £950 as a good will gesture, which I didn’t accept. LLOYDS TSB said, if I didn’t agree, I must reply in 6 months from that date and I didn't. I intended to complain but my mother was ill. Can I still proceed with the complaint to claim or is that ?...
