Hi, I have received an offer from BOS of £8167.53 regarding 2 loans and was wonderingif someone could have a look and see if offer seems right not good withcalculations, the details are: Loan 1 started 22/07/2003 paid when I took second loan on 24/04/2006(Apr6.8%) loan amount:£15000 Insurance: £7946.40 over 84 mths @ £346.70 Offer is: refund of premiums: £2778.47 refund of interest: £747.78 8% interest to 12/01/2012: £1777.98 excess balance and interest: £530.42 TOTAL: £5834.65 Loan 2 started 24/04/2006 (Apr 7.7%) paid off in 08/2007 (was reallystruggling with the repayments so ended up re-mortgaging my property with BOSto pay off the loan) loan amount: £17500 Insurance: £2177.53 over 48 mths @ £481.61 Offer is: refund of premiums: £1294.41 refund of interest: £203.85 8% interest to 12/01/2012: £834.62 TOTAL: £2332.88 PPI was added because I was told that it was recommended to take it with theloan, I didn’t need it as get sick pay with employer, I also have my own policywhich covers me. Hi Was hoping for some advise, I have recently received a cheque from Egg for ppi refund they have paid premiums plus 8% interest should they also be paying back the interest I paid on the card? Many thanks in advance.

Hi P123 I have just successfully claimed back extra care from littlewoods, I filled in the fos questionaire and posted recorded delivery they then sent letter stating a time/date they would be contacting me to discuss the claim then 14 days later a letter saying they will be paying me the premiums paid plus £43.62 to cover compensation on when account would have been in credit. Good luck with claiming.

Hi, I sent sar request to bos had 5 loans with them all applied for by telephone, should they have sent me transcripts of the telephone calls with the sar information or do I have to request these separately? It was the above sar template I sent, also guy from bos phoned with regards to sar request I told him I wanted all the information they have with regards to the ppi. Thanks in advance
