Wow! that was quick, thank you! ok, looking through all this im starting to remember, and by the looks of things, i joined this forum in 2006! Time has flown! Any how, my claim is NOT on hold or "stayed" as some people are talking about, i just stopped right at the point where i had my court forms in my hand! Also, iv'e had no contact with them about the over draft i had to pay back (i honestly forgot about that) and have moved since then, and i am about to move again. So is it a good idea to pick up where i left off? mmmm, not sure where to start! I can't just put my claim forms in, can i? after 2 years? bit out of touch, but having a good look around to find out whats going on, any more help or suggestions would be really helpfull! thank you again!

Hello, i started claiming my bank charges last year, when this all began, i got as far as collecting my court forms, and then never went ahead any further, i had alot going on, and anyway, really not sure what to do now, could i still claim them back? Not sure where to begin, any help or advice would be great, don't suppose my thread from last time would still be about? many thanks to anyone that could help.

Hi everyone, sorry to say i haven't been on for a while, been REALLY busy this month! anyway, hope someone can help me, yet again! i recieved a letter on 15sep, saying"im sorry for the delay blah, blah, blah, if you do not not want to wait any longer you can go to the ombudsman service now" Then on the 25 sep, another saying "you have been given all the transaction data that you are entitled to under the data protection act, to cover administration costs send us £10 blah, blah, blah" what do i do now? they have had my £10 ages ago! thanks to anyone that can advise me what to do!

Hi everyone, thank you for your reply's, but sorry to say now im getting a little confused! can i go in with an estimate claim now iv'e sent the non compliance letter? or do have to cary on with non compliance? To be honest i just wanna get something moving, played a waiting game for a while now, thanks for your help.

Hi everyone, just got back from a last min holiday, i needed it! anyway, when i got back i had a letter from abbey saying their investigation is taking longer than expected, blah blah blah, so im still missing a years worth of statements, but haven't got an N1 form yet, and after going through lost in paradise's thread, it really dosn't seem easy! is a bad idea to wait and see what they come up with? Or just go and get the form? Still seems scary! thanks.

Hi everyone, well, i sent a abbey a non compliance letter monday just gone, and still nothing! so it looks like im gonna have to file a non compliance claim against them, help! where do i start? Hi everyone, well i've been waitng and waitng for abbey to send me the rest of my statements, and nothing! i did send them a reminder a couple of weeks ago, but all i got was "sorry you felt you had to complain" blah blah blah, and they will write to me in four weeks to let me know what is happening! so im about to write a non compliance letter, getting a bit worried now though, 7 days left! i might need some help along the way! thanks everyone!

hi everyone, i've recieved all my statements from abbey, just wating for info of microfiche now(if it ever comes!) i cant' seem to find the spread sheet to put my charges on, anyone help please? i have had a good look around the library. Also, can i add on my interest charges?or not? thanks for any help.

Hi again, ok, i've just recieved something from abbey in the post, 2 lists of transactions, and 4 movements enquirys, 2 of which are mine, and 2 that are SOMEONE ELES!! what a muck up! so this must mean my other 2 are with someone eles! how can they mess up like that! what do i do now!!

Hi you seen the microfiche argument letter? i've had the same letter as you and today i sent a letter basicly saying that they have to, or eles!!
