I'd try cancel it ASAP as they don't waste anytime in taking it out, It's getting it back that's the difficult/time consumining part!

Hi, I am unfortunately deeling with this company right now, I've sent them letter asking for a refund, a few days later i recieved a letter from them saying i could have my refubd if i send them I.D and a pay slip to verify my net earnings. Why would they need a pay slip if im getting a refund, is this dodgy?. Any ideas of what i should do next would be very helpfull. Thanks
