  1. I've been given a copy of evidence and also informed I'm allowed to take a representative or work colleague. I just feel I should be allowed to state my case and evidence to my departmental manager in private - they've not stated in what capacity my supervisor will be there.
  2. I have to attend a disciplinary meeting tomorrow - I have been told that my departmental manager, a person from HR and my supervisor will be there. Given that it was my supervisor who made the allegation in the first place (He made an allegation that I wouldn't do something when I'd already informed him I couldn't do it.) - should he actually be at the meeting or can I insist that he isn't ?
