  1. After finishing my job nearly 2 weeks ago, my final pay should have been paid into my bank account last Thursday. No wages appeared on Thursday. This money was supposed to pay a couple of direct debits on Friday as it had done every week for several weeks without any problems even after changing banks. After speaking to my ex manager she assured me that it was their mistake and it would be in my account on Friday. 6 weeks ago I changed banks and accounts due to having a dispute over bank charges,and my pay had gone into my new account every week without any problems until now. After finding out that my final pay had still not gone into my account today, I just checked my old account online as it is still open due to the on going dispute. I found the pay had gone into my old account on Friday and therefore reduced the "debt". However as a result of my ex employer putting my wages into the wrong account I have charges on my new account as not having sufficient funds in my account in addition to now having default payments on the bills that the direct debits were for. Is there anything I can do? Is my ex employer obligated to make things right?
