  1. Ok , the CCJ in April 2011 charging order 21.6.11 Is the charging order still enforceable if HFO cannot prove that they actually own the debt or was sold it by Barclaycard They didn't answer the Prove it letter or the SAR letter or any other letters that I sent to them before Feb 2011 come to that matter,
  2. Hi, HFO just got a charging order on my property on an old Barclays debt, I am going to fight though, any hints or tips you can pass my way would be much appreciated Chris G
  3. HFo didnt contact me for ages and the solicitors were being paid, then in April this year I recieved a letter stating Litigation being instigated, I wrote the HFO 3 times requesting transfer agreements, and original copies of the contract agreement with Morgan Stanley, no answer or reply to any of my letters, then the next letter i recieved was from the Northampton County court bulk charging centre??? what do you think???
  4. i need to start finding out from HFO when and how much they have been paid, at the moment Their solicitirs are being paid from by CCCS for me on their plan.
  5. Yeah thats what I mean, my CCCs plan was paying golfish, then HFO took it over and I tried to make installments but they refused to enter into a repayment plan, so that with thier interest took the debt to over £5000 and they have applied for a charging order. I want to know if I can appeal as the Judge totally had her mind up to start with and wouldn't even listen to my side of the argument, just kept going on about the lenght of time it will take to repay the debt blah blah, anyway any ideas would be great
  6. i had a Morgan stanley mastercard about 5 years ago that was transferred to Egg and then to Barclaycard who never contacted me in 3 years, then about 18 months ago HFO sent me a glossy over the top pack ststing with additional charges I now needed to repay the debt to them with over the top charges, I have been fighting the amounts ever since, can anyone advise please
