i used this, they send out a pack with a voucher for a weeks trial of patches for free, so far so good =]

i used nhs quit thing, received a pack thru the post and a voucher to send away for free patches, took a little while to arrive but when they're free, im not complaining!! =] i started on the patches a week ago and gone from 15 a day to 4 since i quit, pretty impressive. still crave the habit a bit but with support from friends and family, things are going well so far, but i know its early days, i wish you the best of luck
