Got an email today from Lowell regarding the above, ordering me to contact them. They advised in the email that the debt was sold to them !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! this is the first I have heard, i presumed that the debt was just passed to them for collection. As far as I am aware I should have recieved something from littlewoods to say as such. Can you please advise

I used the spreadsheet from year. The charges lowell are listing are way higher in the last year and shop direct have kindly shut me out of my account so I cant see if they have added more late payment charges on to it.

Ok, I have my head together now and want to take on these buggers. The debt currenly stands at around 450.00 and the entire thing is ppi and charges. I got a final response this week and they are refusing to refund. They have passed it to lowell. They delibrately sold the policy to me I was working full time, Temping. there is no way the policy would have covered me.

Does anyone have an email address for Triton Debt Collection. It is a natwest credit card. They are looking for 690 odd quid but at least 250 is charges. They are nasty buggers on the phone and I would much rather email as If I have to complain to Ombudsman I have all the emails to send.

I have lost in total about 200.00 and bank ac is 300.00 od due to charges for missing a direct debit. I initially tried clearing the charges but I was getting 50-60 a month due to ac being od due to them taking charges. Has anyone had any luck with the co-op and who to write to

I'm going to suggest the telephone harrasment letter along with a formal request for bank details -
A friend is in a pickle with these two beautys. They both have refused offers from a debt company my friend got help from. I am going to advise a parachute ac firstly. Am I correct in saying the original about plus one months interest is all to repay plus does anyone have their bank ac details?

Due to mortgage arrears. The thing is I had set up an arrangement to clear the arrears but the bank mucked up and did not set it up correctly. The girl I spoke to just took the initial payment put notes on the account but did not do the offical arrangement. I'm fuming they left a family with a 4 year old child with no cash for electric gas or food while they sorted it out. What should I do

Mortgage is with natwest. Other half and I are getting divorced. The mortgage is currently 2 months in arrears. Neither of us can pay mortgage on our own. Can I ask the bank to go interest only until it sells so I can afford to pay it by myself ?

I'm starting to get my energy back, I have them in a spreadsheet, from before. Do I wait until they claim it do I fight back now.

I tried a number of times to claim fees back, its just a point blank refusal. Between losing job, stress depression, ill child with ongoing behavioural issues. Money worries in general, fighting with tax credits, other debts and another court case, I just havnt had the energy to continue the fight They have not filed a claim yet they are threatening too.

If someone filed a claim e.g Littlewoods / ndr and the debt consisted entirely of late payment charges and interest. Unsuccessful claimback. Can you successfully defend against it? Has anyone?

Got a letter from fredricksons, now acting on behalf of arrow, who seemingly acting for telefonica. It's an 02 cancellation fee 600.00 I have received nothing from arrow, I ignored them and they have sent it to fredricksons without any instructions or transfer info. How to proceed
