  1. Cheers for the motivation, do you know where i get the court letters & stuff from. I don't know where to start
  2. I've already given them 7 days or would start court proceedings, if I give them another 7, would that not contradict and weaken my first threat.
  3. I've sent the Halifax the SAR and waited 42 days, I got a letter confirming receipt and the details would be sent later. I sent a SAR failure letter on the 27th July and still no response, what do I do now. How do I start a claim in the county court? These people make me spit.. .
  4. 40 days have passed since I sent the SAR, what do I do now. I had a letter stating the copy statements would be sent seperately, but nothing else, they even took the £10 out of my account...

I sent my 1st letter to the Halifax on the 14th June, had reply today 24th as follows: Dear Sir /Madam Completion of Request For a List of Transactions and Charges I acknowledge your letter requesting specific information on your account with us and confirm that copies of duplicate statements have been ordered and will be sent under seperate cover. With regard to your request for information relating to manual intervention on your account, HBOS plc is under no statutory obligation to record this information and therefore, I am unable to assist further with your request.
