Hi guys! Hope this is in the right place. Been reading the forums for a while and thought I'd join to ask a question. After 2 looong years of arguing and fighting with ATOS/DWp, they have finally admitted my WCA report "did not meet their quality standards" and ATOS have since offered me £200. I'm actually gathering evidence against them as I hope to start legal action but my question is, if I accept the £200 would a court see this as a full settlement?
