we have just opened a basic account with nationwide and are cancelling our bank account with lloyds as of monday afternoon. what do we do about payday uk now? everyone else seems to be getting replies except me

hi me and my husband took out a few payday loans as our council decided to screw us over with our benefits now we can afford to deal with 4 of them but payday express is 100 a month and 400 we took out. we emailed them saying we are in severe financial difficulty and we are desperately trying to get our finances sorted especially when we have 3 young kids, and they wont accept our payment plan of £25 p/m for 2 months while we pay off 2 other payday loans n then we could probably afford £100 a month to pay it off maybe even in one go. i suffer from depression and i am bipolar so i cant let it get on top of me otherwise i could end up in a mental hospital so my husband is having to deal with it all and hes really fretting and getting upset and down by all this. can anyone help? also what banks could we get an account with if we have severe debts?
