Hi I have received back from natwest the charges for credit card late payment on my account, I now need to work out the interest to be claimed. Could some one advise me as to the amount of interest I claim, and if it is on the total amount or worked out differently. Thank you

Hi, Well stupidly I let a claims company deal with it, but I have withdrawn from this as I know I can do it on my own. So you suggest sending a CCA which I will do. Thank you

Hi, Its been a while since I posted on here. I hope I can get some advice, Since posting about Central Trust, they have said that I did not have PPI on the loan, I know for a fact that I did, but I havent any supporting documents anymore, only the account number, I actually took the loan out through Debt Busters. Has anyone got any ideas how to prsue this or if I can? Thank you

Hi I hope someone can help? I took out a loan with Central Trust in 2005, and paid it off in 2008, there was PPI on the loan. The only details I have now is the account number, could someone advise me of the first step I need to take. Thank you

Hi all, Ok, sorry to sound a bit thick but, I had a loan with Central Trust in 2005. The loan has since been paid up, it was for £20,000. I paid PPI as basically was told I couldn't have the loan without it. I want to claim but, I havent any paper work, could you advise as to what letter I send off to the company to find out how much I paid? Thank you

Hi, Thank you:-), I have already sent off to Capital One, so now I have the address for Natwest, that letter is going off to day. I will keep you posted.

Hi, Hope someone can help??? I have written my data protection letter and is ready to be sent off to Natwest to claim back charges on 2 credit cards. Could someone let me know the most up to date address I should sent it to. Thank you :-)
