I previously won my case and received approx £800 back from them of unlawfull bank charges but now it has started to add up again over the last 8 months including this month them charging me £58 for a £2.89 switch transaction that took me over my overdraft . Can I start the process over again as when I threatened this on the phone to them they said I had accepted the amount last year in full and final settlement therefore they won't be refunding any more ...but these are new ones !!

I have recently been told that my flat is to be renovated and rent will increase accordingly ( agency has advised me that he will move me into one of his vacant bedsits while the work is carried out ).I have been unable to contact landlord as of yet but I suspect the rent will increase substantially and I will no longer be able to afford to live there . I have been living there for two years happily and I don't want to move .............does anyone know if I have any rights ?? Thanks
