Hi ukaviator Thank you for replying. I have accumulated £1,793.00 of bank charges with the Clydesdal Bank. I used the standard letter to request for thier return. They sent back pages of guff, basically sayng 'get lost' so I sent the next standard letter, saying that I would take them to court. I sent that letter on th 19th April, so I need to start prepping for the next step. I would appreciate any help. Thanks Linda
