Hey DonkeyB - I've heard nothing at all - they sent me these original photocopies in February, which I'm amazed at considering I filled those forms in in the mid 90's!! though some of the forms look a bit funnily put together...I never replied to them as it was exam time at school, and then forgot about following it up as you do - but they haven't followed it up either which is interesting as it's now august! I'm presuming/hoping that's it....should I do anything more, considering my last correspondence with them was the 'account in dispute' letter in march and their 'scans' of the above agreement which i then received in May. Have you and HFO team been busy helping others? Is it still just as bad? I'll go and touch a piece of wood saying that now!!!

Their cover letter (page 1.pdf) was very short and to the point - saying nothing else other than ring them Page 2 - is the student application which must be the original agreement. It had my signature and everything - can almost remember filling it out as I was starting uni! Page 3 is more blurb - though - It was sent to me like you see with the 'bottom' curled up - is that purposely covering something? Page 3.5 (not included) was one blank page just saying MAY 1995 BARCLAYCARD T/C Page 4 is the T/C though funnily put together - some of it upside down - have the bodged something together here? Enjoy looking over - they were terrible photocopies sent to me so the had a tough time cleaning them up after scanning them in. Hello HFo Fan club - Long time no speak, All has been very quiet from my point of view since I sent my 'account in dispute' letter in early March as they could not meet the time requirements of my CCA request. Well......they have been working hard as today in the post I received a photocopy of my original barclaycard student application agreement taken out way back in '95 when I was a student! I'm a bit stuck as to the next move...I'm just refreshing myself with the situation..... 1. phone calls to work/parents home 2.Recieved 'reminder notice of assignment' to my house - first ever letter - none received before 3. Over Barclaycard That I haven't used in YEARS. Barclays hadn't even spoken to me, even though I bank with them and They keep wanting to give me a another barclaycard!! 4.Do CCA and SAR. The couldn't meet CCA time frame - 'account in dispute letter' sent. 5. SAR returns. account sold in 27th feb 2006 to HFO Capital Ltd. No activity on account on SAR. SAR starts from 02march 2005 to 03 April 2007 - no payments made - no mention of default or last payment. 6. Received original Barclay card student application through the post today. That's it. ermmmm any ideas as to the next move - what normally happens after 'account in dispute' letter and them finding the original CCA. Thanks for any help - I know you lot are busy. Stu

said Formister No payments were made from looking back at the SAR. There also was no entry of the sale of this from Barclaycard to HFO on here either. The sale was 27th Feb 2006 - my SAR goes up to March 2007. The SAR goes back to Feb 2005 and the print out finishes at March 2007. why is that? should it not keep going regardless until 2011? Or would it stop from the point they 'sold' the debt to HFO. Pardon my ignorance here, can anyone help?

Thanks for you replies - It was an interesting reply wasn't it. I actually sent my 'account in dispute' letter 4 days after the 12+2 days were up, due to the way the weekends fell and hadn't heard anything, I wonder had I not sent the 'account in dispute' whether I would have heard from them again! There comment about 'contacting the numbers I have provided them', is odd - I have provided them with no numbers! I'll continue to wait for the CCA.

Having problems with the attatchement - it keeps making the Jpeg really small! am I missing something here? lol

Evening Everyone - well I received a new letter yesterday from HFO - they obviously didn't like my 'account in dispute' letter with regard to the CCA request and how they haven't produced the documents in the time window!! I think it rattled their cage - but i'm slightly concerned as I've started reading the new thread about 'RECONSTITUTED AGREEMENT' and got a bit confused and scared as it was mentioned in my letter from them. I have spoken to Barclay card and recieved the SAR - nothing is on there at all, no transactions or anything, other than saying this account is now suspended. Barclays tell me that the account was sold to HFO Capital Ltd on 27th Feb 2006!!! AMAZING and this is the first I hear from HFO? 5 years! What does the HFO Fan club think of the new letter?
