    Hi there, i am going through a similiar thing. My ltd co has already been dissolved but i still owe some corporation tax, HMRC have threatened me with court etc but the ltd company no longer exists so how can they still be chasing it? Can they actually take me to court when the company is dessolved? any information would be helpful.
