  1. Hi All Just wondering if anyone can offer some advice. Been with E-On since December 2009, received 1st written bill in November for dual fuel over £1800, initially sent wrong bill for over £3000. They continued to take meter readings and monthly direct debits since account setup. So annoyed as i thought my D.D were covering monthly usage, how wrong i was. I have complained to E-On before Christmas and they agreed monthly repayment plan, don't feel totally pleased with this situation as this debt was built up through their failure not to inform myself, cos they knew from monthly usage was not covered by my D.D. Thanks in advanced.

  3. Hi All i would be grateful for some advice. Currently paying for British Gas HomeCare 400 plan, annual service etc, last service in August 2009, covering me till April 2010. They failed to complete a service in 2010, engineer called out 01/2011 due to no heating. He believes we were lucky to be alive due to Carbon Monoxide poisoning, advised us to get tested. So myself, wife (currently 35wks pregnant) and 2yr old son, spent whole day at local A&E receiving treatment for the above . They say they tried to contact via letter, i advised them no mail received regarding plan, and this was the case, why didn't they cancel the contract, as their terms and conditions state, then forcing me to contact them. i feel so angry words cant describe , i understand people will say its my responsibility to ensure its serviced, but that's why i took out the plan to get fully covered, CM monitor purchased. Any help would be much appreciated, Thanks in advance.
