I recently ordered a collect and connect service for a dishwasher from Argos. It wasn't until the point of booking the driver, four weeks after taking my order did they say I need to disconnect and drain the pipes for the existing dishwasher... strikes me that if I can do that why do I need them to connect it .... They never mentioned the need to disconnect up until this point Shoddy service in my mind and a problem of disconnecting a dishwasher in the bargain for me now
