Hello all, I'm new to this forum and the threat of DCA's, so just wondered if someone could point me in the right direction! I have come home from work today, and found a card from iQor with a telephone number on with the name of their representative. It has their client as wessex water with a £350 balance. I am assuming that this is from a previous property as I moved earlier last year. The debt is almost certainly mine, and have no hangups in paying (if I can pay in installments) but is it best to phone this representative, his office or wessex water directly? and will they accept a repayment package? Any advice will be gratefully received. Regards StorkyIV
