Did you receive your refund straight from paypal? My 10 day response from the seller ended yesterday but still not heard from paypal.

I too have fallen for this [problem]. Ordered a refurb ps3 on 14th Jan for 99.99. Got suspicious when i had no replies from any of my emails and when i dug a bit further and linked up all the names and address contradictions. Have escalated to a claim with paypal and contacted my bank for a chargeback. I would have thought though, he could be traced via paypal as he surely would have given bank details to withdraw our money? Either way, gutted i fell for it all and glad that im not the only one....well, not glad but you know what i mean! I also replied on the yahoo question thing...
