just a update i had a refund today my claim ended yesterday so i phoned paypal and they gave me the refund has anyone else had thers yet?

i dident contact the abuse i contacted the legal department and glasgow ts told me to report it to consumer direct so i have done that aswell now

just a update i have now contacted tradeing standers glasgow and my local office and i had a email of the legal department at 1and1 and they have tried contacting him but they have give him until Wednesday 26th January 2011 at 10am to reply before they cancel the contract so the website cannot [problem] anyone else has anyone else reported to tradeing standers?

have you ever taught that he has made it look good by puting unit 5 insted of flat 5??? but i cannot find anything on the flats maybe a trip up will be on the cards for me soon and see whats what

im getting the same emails bouncing back and phone ringing out i have been searching to try and find out who the number belongs to and who owns the radiaror company becoute when i phoned that company when i asked for mr walker he was very off with me so maybe they are linked because he would have to use a address that his card is registered to in order make the website something im going to look into

i still have not had a refund but paypal and the website host are looking into the matter and i tried to contact him via phone and email but the phone just rings out and since today the emails bounce back. and no 4 Tallant Terrace the hairdresers will not accept calls as i found the contact number for that but no joy with that one that is a house or flat. i found out the account number for his website and the email address h15txy @ hotmail.com is the email linked to his paypal so paypal will not be able to get in contact with him so after 10 days of opening up the case we shuld get a refund and he gave a fake number to the website host because he gave them 01413334434 that number is not reconised and he goes by two diffrent surnames it is jay walker or jay macdonald but the e mails ar signed jor dan

ye to easy i have been trying to contact him since the 19th but had no joy so i found who owns the website its a company called 1and1 type it in google and phone the support team and make a complaint about the website and email the legal department and tell them the website address and that the website is a [problem] like i have done also you will find if you go to who.is and type in the website is comes up with a diffrent address for him but the company is called union radiators
