Hi guys, I am trying to sort out my finances, but am quite new to all this stuff. I have a question for you about CCA requests. Is it STILL true that if the lender cannot provide a copy of the original CCA, then the debt is unenforceable? I seem to recall seeing or hearing something about this no longer being true as of November or December of 2010, because of a court case. What I can find on the internet is mostly from 2008 and 2009. Any light you can shed on this would be most appreciated.
