Hi i have been reading alarming storiesfrom people who have bought from ELS. 2 weeks ago we put down a deposit for sofa from Yes sofa's in droitwich. I am now concerned that we will have to pay the full amount and not recieve the sofa like has happened to others. I know it was a furniture shop before but can't remember the name and has recently changed names - i remember the chap with the pony tail being in there under the previous name and he is in there again now.Does anyone know if this is the same dodgy companu and if so am i able to cancel my order and get my deposit back. I don't know what to do!! Thanks
