my dentist went private and i got put on a list for a new nhs dentist.when i got a new one i went for a check up and the week after my filling came out and i lost half of my tooth.i went back and got a new filling which took four injections before she could do it coz i could feel it everytime.after that i had toothache everyday for 3 week.i was in so much pain i rang my old dentist and she agreed to see me.When she looked she said she would have to remove the filling.When she did she said the nhs dentist had not removed the decay and the nerves were inflamed which is why i was in so much pain.As a result of the nhs dentists mistake i had to pay 42 pound to get it fixed.Can i claim this back from the nhs or not.i have now gone back to my old dentist as im too scared to go back to the nhs one

if i accept as part payment how do i get the rest.Do i just let it carry on at court and reduce it by the amount they offered

I had a letter today from cobbetts with an offer as they consider my challenge to its charges would fail in court.They have offered me £1000.I am claiming for nearly 1900 so what do i say.I dont want to accept this but worried that it could still get struck out if it goes to court.£1000 is quite alot to me at the minute with it being so close to xmas and having 3 young kids.what should i do

the calls are from capquest.they havent rang today though for a change

I have just been looking for information on benefits my sister can claim while she is pregnant,and when i was reading about the maternity pay.i noticed that the first £100 each week is not included in the amount earned for that year.I didnt know that and last year i was on maternity pay and in my tax credits annual return and my end of year tax return i put in how much i was given in maternity pay in full as i didnt know not to include the first £100.So i have added £2600 on to my total amount earned when i didnt need to.I was also told i had been overpaid for that year.Is it too late to do anything about this.PLease help

I ahve been doing a claim for my boyfriend to claim his bank charges back as he has been charged £290 for going £15 overdrawn as he has not used his account for a while so they had carried on charging him.I ahve sent the prelim letter and the LBA and was about to start the court claim when he got a call from capquest yersterday to say the debt had been sold onto them and that he could not claim back his bank charges.They rang him sewveral times yesterday and started getting eally nasty about it.What can we do.can we still carry on with the claim or can we not carry on now that it is with someone else.Help

I have recieved notification from the courts that my claim has been allocated to the small claims track and the hearing takes place on 25th jan 2007.I have no idea what i am supposed to do next ,Or if i am just supposed to turn up on the day.please help

No They Said It Was Too Late To Amend It.

i havent heard a thing or had any offers but i have a feeling its gonna get struck out this time due to what i put in my particulars,but i wont give up ill do it again if i have to

i have recieved a letter from the debt collections section of the inland revenue for the tax credits i had supposedly been overpid to say someone will be coming to see me on friday.it has now gone from 588 to £988 of overpayments.I rang the tax credits again and they said i was overpaid as when i informed them about my changes as they happened they continued with the original claim and also paid me for the new claim.How they managed that i have no idea as i apparantly had been overpaid £567 in one week dont think so i dont remeber recieving anything like that.I would of had a good week then if i had but i know i didnt.I will be filling in the appeal form so its fingers crossed for now to see what happens

i am still waiting to hear sometyhing,getting a bit worried but i think they are gonna strike it out anyways with me messing it up.just have to keep my fingers crossed

i have already handed in my a/q they wont let me cancel the claim as it is apparently being looked at now so really there is nothing i can do.if it is struck out and i have to claim again.do i have to start all over with the letters or can i go straight to the mcol

i have contacted the courts and they have said coz my claim has been processed i cannot change anything on my claim.Also they have carried on with the claim for the wrong amount.i entered the wrong amount on my claim but then asked it to be amended.i was told it could be amended now they are still claiming for the same amount and i cant change it.what can i do
