  1. When I fill in POC that Zootscoot made for the halifax on the bit that says And the Claimant claims (1) A declaration that the sums totalling £2300.00 have wrongly been debited from the Account (2) Payment of the said sum of £2300.00 charged by the Bank thereon. (3) Interest under section 69 of the County Courts Act 1984 at the rate of 8% per annum from the date of wrongful debit to date in the sum of £81.48 and at the daily rate of £ 1.00 until judgment or sooner payment. (4) Court costs of £85.00 Is this right ? and do I print out schedule 1?
  2. Do I just fill in an N1 and take it to my local court?
  3. charges from the Halifax? I have sent off a preliminary about 2 weeks ago ,do I send off my LBA now and then do an N1 ?
  4. I sued Halifax about a year and a half ago and got money back, then my partner sued halifax for same account for charged acrued afterwards and we got it back and I was wondering if I could sue them again and what my chances were of getting my money back for the 3rd time.
  5. He just signed paper saying he accepted their payment
  6. As bf accepted a payment off them as it was what we were claiming last year and after they took more charges out they wrote and said they had said they wouldnt pay out to us again.Have we still got a case?

  8. as I excepted their goodwill gesture for old charges previously but new charges have accumalated since ?Is there a limit to how many times you can as they still keep on charging excessive and unlawful ammounts.
