Hi, I was made bankrupt in May this year and I co-own two properties with my wife. one of them, (the one we live in) has a small equity and the second has minus equity. The second one is being rented out and is the only income that I have. now the trustee of my bankruptcy has written a letter to the tenants that all monies should be paid directly to them. This will leave me with absolute £ 0 income, and they are taking my wife's part of the rent as well. is this legal and is there anything I can do stop them? thanks in advance for any help. Lolli
