if you are on incapacity benifits you'll not have to pay as long as you take proof of your benifit when enrolling,your dla wont be effected too so you'll still get the same money .also you wont have to come off incapacity benifit either due to your condition.i had the same worry earlier this year when i was enrolling to do some classes at night as i say ive been down that road lol !,so dont worry big amzz yal be o.k !hope them pilss work for you and your feeling better soon.

it makes me laff ou loud the descion makers at the dla,totally know where your coming from mate.ive worked all my life and after an accident i was left disabled,i had to fight tooth and nail and appealed 5 times for them to give me the correct rate even after my gp sent them a letter basically telling them i was in a severely bad way.its o.k for them to walk home or jog or what ever having decided that the person theyre dealing with isnt as bad as they think.total joke

hi adam i currently receive dla the higher rate mobility.im giving this info on my experiances and others i know who are and have applied for it.basically they're clamping down as you may have heard and trying to out the cheats.i recently had spine surgery and as a result of it am disabled.i cant walk far without help etc etc .when i applied for it the knocked me back as they did with 2 of my friends ,i appealed against the desicion and was awarded it as did my friends.my friends told me that a few of their family and people they know have been refused at the first time so on my experiances and what ive heard they always knock people back the first time unless your basically in a vegitave state

was wondering if anyone saw panorama about the state of the house being let by landlords to tennants a while back? well i cant belive they are doing this surley this has got to be an invasion of privacey or somewhere on tyhe lines of it??im shocked to hear this!but there again if anyone saw the panorama documentry about landlords i dont think they'll be to picky about who they let it to aslong as the nash/dwp pay their rent

thanks for the info martin.well i rang them just before out of curiosity to see what it was about but got an ansew phone message .i left my details and refrence number as they asked but only because i have the same initials and name of my father ,the only thing which is differnt is the d.o.b which i didnt leave.my mam and dad are getting divorced and he aint here anymore so maybee there after him for sumat or me .i shall know when they ring back and want the d.o.b which i aint gona tell them coz they'll be able to tell me surely with there being 2 of us.i read in the forums before what has happend to a few other people with similar situations,i'd say they're very crafty with putting geneology,surveliance and private investigations in bold writing on there letter head as i think alot of people will be thinking someone is doing a family tree or sumat when basically all they are ,are a debt recovery agency.very sneaky eh! once again thanks on the info of what they exactly do cheers ,dan

hi all stumbled across this site through google and glad i did! i got a letter throught the post this morning from tower investigations ltd and was curious as it says they were geneology ,private investigation and survelaince experts .after reading it a few things ran through my head was someone trying to find me maybee a long lost member of my family,they were watching me as i have a claim going against B&Q ,so a bit of paranoia kicked in .read a few posts on ere about em which shed a light on who they were etc,seems a very helpfull place with people willing to help for free in this day and age,so im here in return to offer any help i can give ...........so once again HI!!
