i took out a swift advances 2nd charge but the signing was only witnessed by one person at my house ,i was under the impression that 2 were needed would this be grounds to invalidate the agreement?, cheers anyone

hi im new to ths forum but have had the same bother with swift ,my question is when signing the loan a single intermediary was there ,as 2 seems to be the legal requirement is this a loophole to invalidate the contract?,have to keep trying cheers
