Was in court today Perkins Vs UKCPS And Perkins won!! the main decider was that I didn't see any of the sign in the car park so therefore there was no acceptance of contract! Just want to say a big thank you to all those who helped me on this forum and in particular Alexis. Many Thanks indeed.

I have now received a court questionnaire, which I am filling in and sending off to indicate which is my local court, I am guessing I will later be given a date when to attend, to fight my case.

Sorry for not updating the forum for a while, Ive been bogged down with work recently However I will try and make a greater effort to update you guys on this case. Im not going to be one of those people who once the case has been resolved forget about the people who helped with the great advice. A127 Is kindly helping me through private messaging, which is probably best as the claimant reads this forum. I am currently awaiting a defence written by A127 , to write on the court papers so I can get an extension to 28 days. Thanks again for all the support!!

I have attached the letter sent, I did have a email conversation with Peter Haswell in which he thinks he gets an admission however the fact still stands that when i entered the car park it was dark and did not knowingly enter any contractual agreement, What would be your advice? Scan 001.pdf

I have just got what looks like a county court papers, requesting that i now pay £175 or else I will get a CCJ. It looks very official with a Northampton county court stamp and claim number. Do you think these papers are legit????? its getting hard to keep ignoring when im being threatened with CCJ's! WHAT SHOULD I DO????

I cant believe this joker is now getting involved in this forum. I have just recieved my second letter threating me with court action and CCJs now i have to pay a goodwill jesture of £120 for this all to go away!! What do you say guys keep ignoring?
