They gave the number of the Information Commissioner's Office, 01625 545745, but I rang the ICO and they say they can't deal with scams only marketing (which it isn't, at least not in the usual sense). They say that the Office of Fair Trading, 08457 224499, can deal with scams, but I haven't rung them yet - though I will do if I get any more of these texts.
