hello to everybody again, i seem to be kinda stuck once more, i have got my letter to ask for repayment done and was reading some of the posts about scottish claims and now im more confused than ever, got a couple of points i need help with..1. my charges for unpaid DD,s total around £1400, what do i do regarding the £750 limit and 2.do i do the spreadsheets with the interest shown and do you have to include the days since offence. HELP!!!

hi evrybody, sorry i havent been back before this, been working away,I sent my letter asking for a list of charges,sent it registered along with a £10 postal order,(which they kept). Received a letter saying they were dealing with my enquiry, I phoned them after 2weeks and was told the statements were sent, after another 2weeks i phoned again and was told they would send a new set, so i have now received them, i calculated that they have charged me £1648 in the last 6 years, so i am now goin to get the next step moving so any help with this is greatly appreciated as im new to this and computers. I would like to say thanks to everybody who replied to my first thread as it helps to know your not alone, thanks, funtime dave
