Hi yeah I had a similar prob a few years ago didn't send off my paper licence to be endorsed so revoked. Wasn't driving at the time so I just left it for 6 or 7 years then had to apply again and send off £35 I think was pretty simple If I had done it sooner I wouldn't have had to pay so you might be able to do it for less man. hope that was some help.

Hi there I am new to all this but am quite serious about claiming unlawful charges back. I am learning a lot of really interesting stuff from the site and its members like you guys. My situation is that lloyds have taken money from benefit paid in which I know is illegal according to the social security administration act 1992. I will no doubt have to deal with the same **** from the bank as presented here. The amount is only a few hundred pounds but it still out of order will I need a different template? I am also taking an appropriation letter to stop this happening again. I have a parachute acc at the ready too.
