Sorry to hear about this, My aunt had a similar problem where a medical problem was undiagnosed for a year causing her to lose her job as her injury made it too painful for her to work, but as there was no solid medical reason for this she was not given the proper sick leave. My advice would be to see a solicitor first about, as you wont be sure wether you can make a claim until you speak to a solicitor.
