Hi EVeryone, well a whole year has passed...with next to no contact ( odd daft letter i ignore ) Just looking through the old documents and reviewing. The statement sent by citi post 194 shows last actual payment date 30/11/2006. The two after were bounced DDs. The default date on the credit report recieved ( admittedly from HFO) shows 30/06/2007. Does the Statute Barred go from the last payment date or the default date? One final question, with a view to going "for the kill". In post 129 it was mentioned re PPI claim. Am i too late on this due to age, have i missed the boat?

Have now just recieved a text from Roxburghe. inviting me to call them... may decline on that one It is such a convoluted mess I wonder if anyone actually knows who was sold the account, whether they should ve been in a position to buy it and therefore pass it on. long time no speak CAGGers! Havent heard anything for ages and today I get a letter from HFO Capital, in Dublin. saying they have passed to Roxburgh for servicing. WIll upload letter soon. Is the plan to assign all over the world so I & courts get confused?

Hi, just fired the first shots over the bow with Barclaycard re PPI paid as finally got chance to look at this card. Asked them to provide any evidence of me actually signing up for PPI or refund. Got the reply of your application for ppi was submitted online. At the point of applying for the ppi, the process required you to select the specific type of cover you required. In addition we conducted a review of the documentation you viewed during the sale. we satisified... you may consider this letter to be our final response.. this just really doesnt sound right will add full letter tomorrow. any advice?

ok a recap and update ( for my records as much as anything else). Awaiting confirmation from CITI if THEY produced document ( NOA) or HFO did. Also interestingly ( or annoyingly) had a voicemail left today from a member of HFOs litigation team... why didnt say just asked me to call back. Oddly cannot see this in any letters, I sent the SRA and then ( albeit it took a while) got the first wad of details through
