    If I send what I can afford and not the ' minmum payment ' won't the debt go up with interest ?

    I'll get onto my bank in the morning and get my card changed . I will probably need their bank details to set up a standing order , when they call me ( which they haven't yet done ) I am intend to say I am only going to respond to mail in the future and not phone !! Correct or not ?

    I will send off for the sar and the cca this week from trade pro and let you know what they reveal. I didn't have a direct debit or standing order, I have been ringing every month and paying by debit card Thanks for all the advice Phil

    The letter states the date of transfer as April 11th 2012 . The letter sent to me is dated as June 25th 2012 Phil

    My account status says I am in 'default ' and I have been in ' default ' since December . I have been paying my monthly payments , on time,every month. I recieved a letter this week , on trade pro headed paper , saying that my account had been sold to MKDP LLP and they will be in touch shortly to discuss my account and MKDP LLP has appointed Compello Operations ltd as their servicing agent.     I don't remember ever recieving a default notice of trade pro, I have been threatened , but I don't remember ever being served with a default notice. According to my credit report , I have been in default since at least January even though I have rang them every month to make my payment !! Phil

    The original account was with Trade Pro as a fuel card . I have just checked my credit report with Noddle and it has been defaulted , why I dont know but apparently it has been in default for at least since January according to Noddle

    So I send £1.00 postal order to MKDP LLP for a CCA and also a £10.00 postal order to Trade Pro for a SAR and also refuse to speak to MKDP LLA on the phone and only by mail. I'll send off for these this week if it's correct ? Phil

    Whats a CCA ? I have been paying to Trade Pro for some years and I am fairly certain I dont have a dafult notice with them, I have been threatened with one but don't think I got one !! I have missed some payments in the past . MKDP LLP have only raised their ugly head in the last week untill then I have dealt only with Trade Pro I have used only Experian to check my credit status Phil

    I have just checked my experian credit report and this account is not even entered at all . What does this mean ? Phil

    So am I right in saying that I apply with a £10.00 cheque to Trade Pro for an SAR . Apply for all the charges back but in the meantime tell MKDP LLP that I will not communicate over the phone and only by letter and then offer £ 5.00 pcm . Have I got this right ? Phil

    I don't think I have ever been served a default notice, Trade Pro have threatened to serve but I'm fairly certain they never actually served it. As I say ,I have been paying regularly for a least the last 6 months Phil
