I'm another given up on eBay and Paypal, after 10 years and over 200 positive feedback.
I made a purchase which was delivered faulty, the seller argued, so I tried to open a dispute. "This page is not responding" was what I got all day, so the only other option was report a fraudulent transaction, which was working. I stressed in the notes that it wasn't an ft and explained my problem.
A week later I got an email stating "We have determined this is not a fraudulent transaction..........." and they paid over £240 of my money.
Further emails received irrelevant stock replies and my letter was ignored.
