Hey everyone, The claiming money back process has at times been a little confusing, after sending the letters 1-4 as suggested by the site, the final stage was to fill out a claim form against Nationwide which worried me a little bit, BUT, I have just completed a claim form on-line at www.moneyclaim.gov.uk, it is soooo easy to use and has made me understand what is happening next. wow i'm so happy now, good luck folks.   3. :grin: I have sent the LBA letter with list of charges and they have sent the usual we won't pay you letter!! I am making this claim on behalf of my boyfriend and they have said that they wont remove the default notice against his name unless we can provide a substainable reason as why they should do this. Can you help????!!! Also what do I do next as I am a little confused, thanks fellow warriors and good luck to you all Love ya lots Alex x
  4. Hey everyone, Well the good news is I recieved a large folder today with all my statements for the last 6 years, so fingers crossed for the next stage which is the initial request for charges back.
  5. Hey everyone, Just to let you al know I have sent the first letter to the bank and am waiting for my statements to arrive its been 30 days but they have 40 in which to reply according to the letter Love yas all!
