  1. Hey there, Quick question, does anyone know for certain if there is a minimum debt needed for bailifs to be employed to recover it. I owe C.A.R.S. £138 over a Virgin Mobile debt I couldn't pay at the time. Given that I am currently unemployed I offered them a token payment which they refused and are now making threats of legal action, i.e. court and bailiffs. It seems unrealistic to me that they would pay hundreds if not thousands to solicitors and to a bailiff company over £138!! Am I being nieve, are they likely to take legal action? Any help would be much appreciated.
  2. Thank you for you speedy replies. Two of my accounts have Defaulted. Am I able to make a request under the data protection act for these acounts ? :-|
  3. I have never before considered going down the route of asking for original copies of my Credit agreements, but am now in serious financial trouble and so have very little to loose. I have been able to agree with my creditors in the last 6 months to make token payments on my debts as I am unable to meet the minimum payments. My question is are my creditors likely to change their mind over agreeing to accept token payments if I go ahead and request copies of my CCA?
