i don't know I have no correspondence with them and it was taken from debit card, I have not set up an arrangement with them, so i have no idea what it is for

I have just checked my bank statement and have found that this company have taken money from my account without my permission, obviously a debt has been passed to them but do they have the right to do that as i have never given this company my bank or debit card details

One question though I paid approx £382 direct to bailliff but have no receipt for that as it was over the phone he said he would send a receipt but never received one, would have to go through all bank statements to prove that it was paid to them

receiving both the debt is from before 2009, did have a payment plan but they still kept sending letters and bailliffs to the door and i do have receipts of payment, so as far as i am concerned they did not full fill the agreements

Hi thanks he did hand me an envelope demanding payment within 24hours but i have never let them in or signed anything,

Hi wonder if you could clarify something for me, just had a baillif from equita at the door, saying they were coming back at the weekend to remove goods, they have never been in the property and have threatened with the police and locksmiths to get in, this is for councl tax by the way thought that if they never gained entry they could not force entry any advice would be appreciated. Hi all just a quick note to let ya know that i have managed to get some response from equita. They have now agreed a £5 per week payment for my outstanding council tax. Can relax now thanks a lot for all ur help. Continue the good work.:)

iThank you both so much for ur input but the conviction is only four years old and i never received a prison sentence just community service the but yes i should have declared it but would i have got the job. hmm i wonder, felt ressured into taking the job if i hadn't i would still be there as a customer service advisor and they would be none the wiser. Its true 1 mistake and its knacked my life but i cannot blame anyone except me.

hiya on sickness benefit due to depression, escalated by this carry on felt under pressure to borrow the money. only felt releived for a short while. Actually postman just been and brought another 2 letters from them so they have not acknowledged the letter that was posted on the 1st of june. So they been feeding me bull**** about 3 accounts sent back, just to get more money from me. Gonna email council and them now and print of hard copies. Will keep ya posted
