Hi there, just been reading something very similar which you may be interested in following up.... 2003 C8 - Timing Belt - Car Going To The Grave - Citroen owners club We have just bought an 04 C8 2.2 hdi with 54,000 miles and are seriously considering getting the cam belt changed now after reading all this. We are also going to see if we can get the water deflector plate fitted that seems to divert water away from the cam belt area and which is now fitted as standard on 2006 onwards models (see the above thread).
