Hi A friend has received a Parking charge notice for over staying, but they did not firstly the wife visited the car park and went to Morrisons at 13.30 and stayed for 15 minutes the later that afternoon her husband went to the part of the car park next to the town at 18.25ish and left at 18.52 It is noticeable on there photographs the leaving photo that the number plate is dirty How would you advise them to tackle this problem

Hello I was made Bankrupt by HMCR in Oct 2013 while I was in the process of trying to agree a IVA, on visiting the Insolvency service I was advised as I was trying to agree a IVA, I would not have to resign my company directorships unless this was unsuccessful and my Bankruptcy was not annulled. In December 2013 my IVA was agreed and following this my Bankruptcy was annulled. It has now come to my attention that the other director has informed Companies House that I was bankrupt and resigned my directorship. I am asking was the Insolvency Services advise correct and could the director do this without my consent and is it possible to get this reversed ?

Hello, I had my house with paddocks and stables reprossed in December 2010 by TMB, I moved out, but a friend kept her horses in the paddocks and stables, and they are still there and TMB have not put the house and land on the market which seems very odd, but today she has found a letter attached to the gate, from Eversheds solictors asking her to remove her horses by 28th of January otherwise they will remove them, can they do this and what are her rights ?
