  1. Sorry. I can email them if you let me have an address
  2. Hi. Sorry about this can you see the 5 sheets now.
  3. Hi. Thanks for that. Yes theirs is signed, but they have copies of my signiture as I did bank with them. My copy is the actual original, even the crosses put on where to sign are the same, its just that my original (not copy, and all parts) is not signed.
  4. Sorry I am abit green. What is a cra file.
  5. I believe Natwest have sold to a debt collector, an overdraft and a loan i had with them. I (and the FOS) asked for a copy of the loan agreement. Initially they said they had not got a "true copy" but later found one, signed by me. The copy they sent is exactly the same as the original I have... but mine is not signed. Where do I stand? I am only doing this because after 3 years with the FOS in a dispute with Natwest (unrelated) the FOS found in my favour and awarded £1000 for stress etc this level of compensation is classed as exceptional on the FOS website) but my financial losses are probably £50k, and the FOS did not award compensation for losses.
  6. Following up on yesterdays post and reading old posts, I need to ask for advise. The FOS adjudicator found for the Bank. I appealed and the Ombudsman has found in my favour in a "Provsional decesion". They have "awarded" £1000 for Stress and Inconvieniance but no compensation for losses. Can I wait until The Final Decesion is issued and then refuse and take the Bank to court. My losses at least £50k so £1k is way off the mark. Surely with the FOS awarded £1k (classed as exceptional on their web site) a court would award more. I have fought this for over 2 years...my time alone is 645 hours. ANY THOUGHTS OUT THEIR.
  7. Well 3 years of effort and the FOS has found in my favour. Problem is they say I'm entitled to £1000 for stress and inconvienience but they are not making RBS compensate for my losses. Any ideas? Basically I ask for a mortgage to finish building my new house, they said no problem, but after 20 months of saying its being sorted they then said no, by which time I was destroyed. FOS said they had not guaranteed anything but I had a letter from RBS solicitors at one point saying "we have been instructed to act on behalf of Natwest Home Loans in the mortgage of your property" and still they never completed, how much of a guaratee do they want? RBS have changed their story several times over the 3 years with the Ombudsman. Should I keep fighting? Surely this classes as Unfair Treatment.
  8. due to being let down by RBS I got into arrears with my commercial mortgage with another lender. At one stage my arrears were approx £16k. With hard work and alittle help I paid off the arrears but now they say they want another £16k for default interst and charges. Have I got any protection under the Consumer Credit Act? Is it worth picking through the original mortgage documents looking for errors? Can they put in an administer for these charges?
